ARE…(thank you to the Random Generator who selected comment number 77 and comment number 21!)

Steph who shared that “I am thankful for so many things. My wonderful husband and my sweet little boy. To be alive and healthy. In early Oct I had a miscarriage, I was 6.5 weeks along. It was honestly the hardest thing for me to go through. Not many people in my life understood or were there for me. A lot of them just stopped talking to me. BUT I am thankful that God gave me the strength to get through it. And the courage to try again. We are expecting again. I’m 10.5 weeks along.”

Talk about abundant joy and gratitude!  Steph, did you know you are in a partnership with God to create a miracle?  What a gift we women have to carry our babies. I’m so sorry for your pain this year but am so joyful for His latest provision.

Steph, please contact me with your snail mail address and full name at ncsnapp@yahoo.com and I’ll get it to you as soon as possible...

AND because I’m a sucker and there were so many entries (90 comments?  You girls really want this book – aren’t you so smart?) I decided to give away two.

So the second winner IS…..

Melinda who said, “I am thankful for the snuggles I get from a sick baby. Even if it means I don’t shower for two days, stay up until 3am with her, or have a house that is beyond messy. Her sweet snuggles…a blessing.”

Then she later jumped back on and said, “I have been caring for a very, very sick baby for days. It has been very draining and hard. However, she had a really big turn around yesterday. What am I thankful for? Friends who pray! Friends who speak scripture over me! That out of the sadness of a sick baby, I am seeing God’s faithful answer to prayer.”

And yes, dear one,  you do have friends who were praying – I was one.

I did not “rig” this last one – Melinda won fair and square (comment number 21 selected by Random Generator).  She’s a dear friend in real life…

Thank you SO very much to each of you who left your hearts in a comment, liked MOF on Facebook, and followed on Twitter.  Each of your words inspired me – I’m grateful to each of you for moving my heart.

Will you take a moment to read my letter to Sarah below and wish her a Happy Birthday?  You will?  Thank you – from both of us!
